Love After Lock-up

In an attempt to free ourselves we try to build doors and windows out of which we might exit but recognise too late that all we have done is built a house in a house. Self portraits have become my main companions and we sit together in stillness. It’s ok though, I say, because there is still time to find love after lock up.
